ABOUT US
Hollywood Face Microfiber was founded in Los Angeles, California in 1998.
When Lily Lee, licensed beauty instructor since 1983, used a microfiber facial mitten for the first time, microfiber was being used for beauty products in Germany and Japan, but had not made its way into the U.S.
Lily began to develop microfiber beauty products, and under her pioneering vision and unwavering commitment to quality, the Hollywood Face Microfiber Collection has grown into a full line of products for professional spa, skincare and salon use.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship by USPS and UPS Ground. Orders usually ship the same day or the very next business day. All orders ship from Los Angeles.
RETURN POLICY
All merchandise is non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective. If a product is defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product for exchange only. Products that show excessive signs of wear and tear or misue will not be eligible for return. If returned, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
